Yes, an Administrative Fee of SGD21.40 (including GST) will apply per trainee requesting for deferment / withdrawal / replacement if the request was received by Adept Academy less than 14 calendar days before the commencement of the training.

With effect from 3 November 2014, Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) has replaced hardcopy certificate issuance to electronic certificate (e-Cert) issuance to trainees who have attended and successfully attained the required competency in the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) training modules.

You can expect your e-Cert to be available within 2 working days after Adept Academy submits your results to WDA.
To download your e-Certs, you will be required to log into your account in SkillsConnect System (at https://www.skillsconnect.gov.sg) using your SingPass ID and password. After successfully logging into SkillsConnect System, please follow the following steps:
You will receive an email or SMS notification from WDA once the e-Cert is available for downloading from your SkillsConnect System.
A SOA is a Statement of Attainment for the specific module that you have participated and assessed to be competent in.
For the WSQ Retail Framework, you will need to complete 3 Core and 5 Elective Modules so that you can receive a Certificate In Retail Operations issued by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
With the completion of the Certificate level, you may wish to progress to an Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision and Subsequently to a Diploma in Retail Management.
To obtain your full Certificate, Advance Certificate and/or Diploma through Adept Academy, you will need to successfully complete your last competency module with Adept Academy.
You will be required to visit Adept Academy’s office during our operating hours, together with the original hardcopy of SOAs and/or e-Certs of the required modules, and your original identity document that you have used to register your course module(s) with.
